We shopped here last night (Friday) and not one person approached us. I decided to give it another try because I found some furniture that I wanted. The salesman today was very nice and even though I had to search him out, he was helpful. There was another very helpful man when I was trying to get a few patio chairs. on the first floor. He went and got me a basket and put all the large chairs and table in the basket for me. Very nice and helpful! He alone changed my rating from a two star to a five star!

It was a great purchasing experience on site. I found a competitive lower price for the washer-dryer set I was looking at. Their delivery and install fee was minimal. However, when I called to complete payment by phone, I was given the run around and hung up on. Finally got that taken care of. I think they could improve their back of house tech ops, but other than that, I was very pleased with the service I received. We'll see how delivery goes! Optimistic that it will be a great experience :)

Nobody hassled us or tried to sell us anything. Once we found what we needed, it was really fast to purchase and financing was quick too. All the staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Great customer service all around! Even the guys that loaded up and securely tied our items in the truck we’re quick and polite. We will absolutely recommend and will be returning customers for all of our needs in the future.

We went into the store knowing what we were looking to purchase. When we got there we were overwhelmed at the selection and many styles of refrigerators there was to choose from. After looking at the vast majority of stock,we found a refrigerator that we both agreed upon. The salesman Octave came over and showed us the features and the warranty options on the product. We decided to purchase this product along with an extended warranty. Octave was very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions. It was one of the best experiences purchasing an appliance that I have ever had. I will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases.

Love this store! We purchased a power recliner and sofa here, as well as a deep freeze. All were delivered on time, fast n easy. The most recent occasion, we were looking for end cap items, they had these cute block letters for my daughters nursery. Well we had found 4 of the 6 we were looking for and a manager came to help us look around. I cannot recall the managers name, but she couldn't find them. And had called her manager to have them look that evening when they were doing cleaning. Well, as luck would have it, while we were in the checkout line, we saw the remaining letters sticking sideways out of a basket, and found everything. But I really appreciate this stores attention to detail, and the level of service they will provide to customers, whether you're buying a $2,000 sofa set or $20 block letters. We will be back!
