My wife and i stopped in to look at sectionals and reclining couches. Antoine was very helpful taking us around the store and showing us what options we had within our budget and the colors and styles we were interested in. When we found something we liked, he had the order set up for us in a few minutes. Angelique was very helpful at this point getting the invoice and the payment information taken care of. Overall, we were in and out of the store in under an hour and it was a pleasant experience.

They are pretty good.. Prices are reasonable. And service is excellent. It took 2 weeks to deliver but they already told me before buying furniture. One of the chair of my dining set was defective and they took care of it very well. Definitely recommend for furniture.

Ernest did an excellent job providing a professional welcoming attitude. He helped me locate exactly what I was looking for and was able to sell me a great 5 piece bedroom set at a amazing discounted price! I highly recommended asking for Ernest at the Ashley furniture store in Frisco TX!

Great experience with Jeff at the Frisco location. No pushy sales tactics very relaxed feel. Will definitely come back!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a sofa last year and it looks awful. I have had a tech out here twice to replace cushions and stuff more cotton in it and it looks like I got it at junk yard. Ashley said it looks good by the pictures. Managers will not handle this situation. I have taken off work twice to meet a tech here. They should stand by their product and give me a refund
