Furniture is great. Service is lacking. It takes days, not hours, for the store to respond to a question. When our order was delayed, they did not contact us. I pay top dollar for furniture to get quality and service. They need a way to track orders and be on in front of issues instead of reacting. I have had a much better experience with Haverty's. As an aside, I sent Dave the manager in Plano an email and never heard from him either. Too bad. I had great hopes.

As a few others have noted, they have nice furniture, but terrible service. We were originally told a delivery date for a custom piece about 6 weeks after our purchase. We did not receive any feedback after the delivery date passed so I called to check on the status of the order. I was told that the ottoman had made it, but the chair was on a freight ship being delivered from overseas and it would be another couple of weeks. I called again a little before the end of two weeks and was told the same thing. A little over 10 weeks after I placed the order I received my first call to tell me that my chair actually had not been shipped and that it would take at least another 6 weeks. Beware if they don't have what you need in stock! They were able to cancel our order which I appreciate, but will be doing business elsewhere.
