The best DMV in all of the Vegas area. It might look busy all the time, but the lines move very, very fast. The technicians go above and beyond.

Usually I'm a big fan of this particular DMV. I like the phone updates about where you are in line and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Except today. I was helping my son get his driving permit and got Raine, who obviously hates her job. She was about as pleasant as an itchy butthole.

Made my appointment 3 days ago . I asked a lady what I should do since I've never made an appointment online before, she told me to wait until I get the text message telling me where to go . As I'm walking to the window someone else comes and sits at the window IM assigned to and I look at my phone to make sure its the correct window and it says sorry they had to give my spot up to someone else. Didn't even give me 1 minute to go to the window . I've been waiting 3 days for my appointment and with a baby it's not easy to get ready and go somewhere at all . I will never come back here again how rude are these people.

This was my first time visiting this DMV and I can say the staff here was definitely friendlier than the staff at the Sahara location. It's a shame I don't live in the Henderson area. Otherwise, visiting the DMV wouldn't feel so dreadful. The long trip was well worth it, though.
