Great fashion and stylish clothing are costly. The wife really loves this store! There's always sales up to 80%. E-mail coupons are very useful. Highly recommend this women's store. (No men clothes sold here.)

Horrible costumer service, avoid this location. I went to return a total of 8 items from different  purchases in the last three months. The items were the wrong size and they didn't have other sizes available. Each purchase was 200+ dollars.  The girl was very annoyed   Like tht was her money and she owned the store. Out of 1000$ I only returned 150$ and she actually threw the money back at me with the worst attitude!

I went shopping thursday and spent close to $200 . the place was clean but no one was at the dressing room area to even open one of the doors so we could try on clothes. The lady that rang me up at the register made an honest mistake of forgetting to put the belt i purchased in my bag. As i get home, i notice it missing. I live all the way in brooklyn and had to go today to try and get the belt and again pay for parking. I finallt arrived prettt annoyed but i figured hey after all that traffic and nonsense im here. I go to a lady and tell her what happened and show her the receipt which then doesn't really believe my story which is fine so she tells the manager and then tells me that unfortunately can not do anything about it. I started to boil up and said are u serious?! She says yes. Not a o lets see what we can do for you or do you remember who rang you up so i can contact her and see if maybe she remembers or let me check around and see if anyone left a note or w.e......nothing. Im like i just spent almost 200 and you cant do anything? So thankfully the girl that rang me up showed up and she said yes i did forget and im sorry. I was upset but not at her....at the fact that the other lady and manager had the audacity to tell a customer there was nothing they can do about it and at the end felt very stupid and yet didnt apologize.
