Madewell used to have awesome customer service, but for this location at least, the customer service is subpar and quite honestly straight up terrible. Sales associates never acknowledge customers and today I saw three of them gossiping and eating cupcakes at the back of the store that at first I thought they were customers. When they left the store, there was one associate in the store (probably the store manager?) kept following and shadowing me around the store without any words to offer assistance, except to inform me "there are sale items at the back". I've been shopping at this store location since their opening, but will not buy from this store again. Please train your staff well Madewell because they really affect your company image and customers' retail experience.

This was my first visit to this location. Madewell is always a lovely experience and the service here was above and beyond. Multiple girls helped me find an exchange for a pair of jeans that didn't work out, digging up multiple cuts and colors and sizes even through the holiday rush. A cute store with fun pieces, Madewell is always a pleasure.
