Booked for my birthday weekend and the stay was great. When we got there the room was ready. The front desk personnel was so nice. He mentioned we got there just in time for their complementary wine and cheese hour that they have daily from 4 to 5pm. I mentioned that it was my birthday and when we returned to our room there was a complementary bottle of wine with a birthday card. Room is clean. Great size for being in the city. Great location !!! Five minutes walk to Times Square.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great Hotel! The staff were very friendly, personable, accommodating. Our room (king bed and great sized room) and the hotel itself was very clean. Great location. We would stay here again!

love the location and the service is amazing! rooms are suuper spacious which is nice! nice bathrooms, comfy beds, and my favorite part is loccitane provides soap to the hotel! like quality soaps! so I was very pleased. the breakfast in the morning was small but it was a quick stop to grab something. they also include chips, apples, and water in the lobby all day and night!

Very clean and modern hotel near Times Square. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Tons of good restaurants and things to do close by.

Great hotel in times square. Very quiet. Make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor. The staff was very professional. Would stay here again.
