About a month ago my boyfriend's family and I were on our way to a wedding reception. There was eight of us so we called two cabs,  two different people called one cab each. When the two cabs arrived we realized that we had called one BlueLine and one HamiltonCab. No big deal we thought, we need two cabs anyways. We ran out to the cabs all dressed up (it was pouring rain) and both of the cab drivers insisted that they would not take us because we called both cab companies. Confused, we apologized, told them that wasn't intentional, and told them that we needed two cabs anyways so both the cabs there were getting business. Again, they refused and BOTH drove away and left us standing in the rain. Immature, unprofessional, and rude. WILL NEVER USE EITHER COMPANIES AGAIN. UBER from here on out for myself, my family and my boyfriends family. Horrible service.

Called a taxi in plenty of time to get to work this morning. Taxi arrived in great time. Told him where i needed to go and once again they didnt know where golf links rd in ancaster was. I said i would direct. Driver at a stop light plugged it into gps and said he knew whwre to go... it was only one exit up on the link from my departure location. We ended up passing our exit took a detour and ended up at a college instead of meadowlands plaza. I had to turn on my data on phone and he kept arguing that his was right even though it is sending us back to the college. Finally he turned his off and listened to mine. I looked up to see my regular 12 dollar ride is now 36 dollars and i am no where close to work. I asked him to stop the meter and he did but was upset i did not tip. I am really tired of having to tell drivers how to get there. One thing i can say was this time they did not demand cash payment or give attitude when i stepped into car and mentioned debit. By the way a 7 min drive drive took 25 min. And i was late for work. Never again blue line.

I've used Blue Taxi for many years, I find them 100% reliable, excellent service, friendly professional staff, fixed rates, and no matter where you are -  they're 10min away. Blue Line Taxi is my number one choice for short or long distance cap rides. 
Recommended over Hamilton cap and Uber as I've used them all.

LADY WAS SO RUDE!!! I told her exactly where I was. I had the street signs right infront of me and the building I was infront of. She told me that I was wrong and HUNG UP. WHAT THE HELL BLUE LINE?!? WHO ARE YOU HIRING??
