This is a general commentary on Beck cabs.  I have been taking cabs all over town for a number of years and I have Beck on speed dial.  I have certainly encountered a few unpleasant drivers and had a few aggravating experiences, however, 98% of the drivers that I have encountered have been considerate, helpful - sometimes to a surprising degree - and pleasant, and for the most part, the cars have been comfortable and clean. I also find the dispatchers usually to be helpful and courteous.  I will happily continue using Beck.

Christmas Eve 2017.  Heavy snow falling.  I called Beck to take me to a family party.  I was warned that they could not predict how long it would take for a cab to pick me up, but in view of the weather, that made sense and I was prepared to wait.  The cab arrived within 5 minutes!  The driver was a careful driver, and very friendly and kind and even helped me to carry my parcels through the 5 inches of snow to my sister's house.  At the end of the evening,  I called Beck again at 9:30 to take me home and received the same information about waiting times.  Again, the cab arrived within about 7 minutes and again the driver was very careful.  Despite the snow, we arrived back at my home in the same time that it would ordinarily take without snow. I use Beck regularly to pick up items as I am in a wheelchair.  They are the kindest most considerate and the people answering the phones are superb!!!!!!  I do pay, but am happy to pay when the old adage of "service with a smile" is what comes to mind.  I trust them with  sensitive items and have never been disappointed or had to complain, and this has been more than 2 years at this point.  Keep it up Beck, you rock!!!!!

All these years taking beck taxi, this is the time I actually met a really sweet, nice and kind hearted driver. The cab number he was driving was #80, he seen the note because I called about waiting almost over 20 minutes for a cab. I think the operated I called left a note saying “first order wasn’t found, get there ASAP”. When he got here, he was already apologizing and he got on the radio and had told a woman on the other end my situation and she had told him that my ride was going to be free. It wasn’t the fact it was free, it was the fact he understood the situation got on the radio so fast, he was apologizing from the beginning of my ride. I didn’t actually get his name but this guy is amazing, thank you unknown man. I hope you and your family a Merry Christmas and a happy new year. ☺️

Last week I lost my cell phone, including my credit cards and cash in one of your cabs. However the driver, Shah , was honest and returned it to the office to be send back to me. I received it yesterday and all is still in the pouch. I thank you very much for your integrity. That was outstanding customer service!!!

I thought my husband with dementia had got lost, but may have taken a Beck cab coming home. The people I spoke to at Dispatch couldn't have been more helpful in checking whether he had taken a Beck cab or not. They went way beyond the call of duty, and I appreciated that. 

Beck cabs are always clean, and the drivers super pleasant. I always use Beck cabs, but after their treatment of me in my time of stress, will continue to do so every time.
