Worst taxi service in the whole world. Especially rude costumer service guy . I will walk through whole day but never call Burlington taxi again in my whole life. OMG their costumer service guy.

Most drivers aren't so great on the road. Nine out of ten times they speed and have been so very close to collisions. Honestly be careful people. I also called a few hours in advance for them to pick up my kids at school as I had two really sick babies at home. They were twenty minutes late before I called the school to see what was going on. Thank god my bf got them on his way here from work or they would have been there a lot longer. Idk bout u but that's a huge fear as a parent for most. Every time they are late I get a very rude male phone operator. He doesn't like transferring to a superior. He'd rather down talk u like he does his drivers. Very unprofessional. Please use uber and boycott this company.

I booked a day ahead for a cab to take me from Burlington to Rexdale Blvd in Etobicoke on the morning of Nov 28, 2017 at around 8 am. When booking I provided proper instructions from google directions as to which route the driver will need to take combining 407/427 combination, as I had not traveled that route before. The booking person confirmed that these instructions would be passed along to the driver assigned. However, the driver only had the address. He was not given any other route directions, and had no proper sense of direction himself either, did not know the highways and the best routes, and above all did not know how to operate the GPS that he was relying on to plan his route to the address. He also had  a hearing impairment which prevented him from listening to my suggestions. I asked him to call his office for proper directions, to which he refused saying they are not going to offer any help either. Finally after several wrong exits, I had to call up my husband who ended up navigating us by phone to the destination, resulting in delays that could have been easily avoided, had they assigned a driver with some road sense. I did call up the office to complain. The employee, named Clint, who took the call, merely said they do not check for road sense or other impairments in their drivers. This is ridiculous as it impacts passenger's safety. I have ordered taxis from them many times and overall extremely mediocre service. But this one was the limit.

Not an honest company. I called looking for a ride and was told it would be an hour because of the weather... It's snowing but it's not a storm. So it's now going on 2.5 hours and it's past 3 am. and I'm sleeping overnight at the GO station in the floor and this cab company doesn't have drivers in the area. They should have said something earlier instead of making me think I was still going to get a ride.

Our driver was very nice, and got us home in a timely manor.. 3 stars because the lady that took my call was incredibly short and rude.
