I had an emergency with my Equinox truck it stalled on me. I needed an appointment as soon as possible. Gary was able to get me an appointment with no hesitation even though they were slightly booked already for Saturday. I really appreciate his great customer service and I felt valued as a customer. I recently took one of our cars here where it was purchased in 2012, due to a potential recall with oil draining. It was a process where we would have to bring it in 3 times or so after so many miles. (Not to mention we've been told by other mechanics that there is a loss of oil during oil changes). Coming in to complete this process I was told that we did not do it properly, and the person who told us what to do was fired and gave us bad information. (I'm glad I know, but I'm surprised she (the manager)told me) After, they informed me that there was no oil leakage after a routine oil change - and if we wanted to check to see if we qualified for a recall we had to start over again. 3000 miles or so later we took it elsewhere to get an oil change, it had low oil. Maybe there's a good reason for all of this, but there wasn't even an attempt to help make the process easier, because their now fired employee gave us misinformation. We liked the mechanics and sales staff for the most part. The sad part is they lost our next car sales purchase.

I want to recognize two of your team members for some OUTSTANDING service. They are: * Carla Clayton - She was exceptional. I had done research in advance and knew exactly what I wanted. Therefore, I reviewed what dealers had in stock compared to what I was seeking. I wanted to conduct most everything via email and then just come in to pick up the vehicle from the winning dealer. I gave each dealer one shot to present best and final with me awarding the winning dealer with the sale, with no added 'back and forth'. Carla recognized that immediately and processed everything in a timely and professional manner. Her 'homerun' was producing a 'John's Tahoe' YouTube video with a walk around the exterior and interior video as well of the one I was interested in purchasing. I thought that was an EXCEPTIONAL marketing approach! It blew me away as I was NOT expecting it. The video DEFINITELY scored points for your dealership in closing the sale. When I finally met Carla in-person yesterday when picking up the vehicle, she was just as charming and professional in-person as she was in email. She is a strong asset to your sales team. * Andrew Benin - I had every intention of using Chevy's 0% for 72 promotion. Andrew saw my very high credit score and asked me a few questions learning that I usually pay off my vehicles early. He then showed me how it would be to MY advantage to take the 3k in rebates in lieu of the 0% promotion as it would save me money in the long run paying off early. This was a VERY customer-first approach. As you know, the new car sales industry is very competitive. Therefore, what helps distinguish one dealership over another is the people BEHIND the product. In both Carla and Andrew, you have two EXCEPTIONAL ones working for you. Kudos for a job VERY well done!

I liked the fact that when I got to the dealership, it wasn't like your sales staff was like a flock of vultures waiting to go after the prey. Everyone was friendly, kind, courteous, not pushy and wanted to help you. The fact that this dealership pays special attention to those that serve or have served in the military, police, fire and EMS, was one of the biggest reasons why we chose to purchase a vehicle from them.

no appointment. just took a chance to see if i could get an oil change and voila they did it with no appointment and it was kind of late in the day and they didnt refuse me. they had very comfortable waiting room and even had food for customers to enjoy. had several employees just walk past and ask if i was ok and offered something to eat. exceptionally courteous staff
