I am very pleased with the repair they made to my Bose Lifestyle 30 system 2 years ago. I recently purchased a new 4K tv and had a question about connecting our older Bose to the new TV. Norm replied quickly with good advise. These people are awesome and honest!

I have an oddball early '90s amplifier that developed a buzz in the right channel.  Norm had not worked on this specific model before but based on the equipment he has had through there I did not hesitate to leave it with him.  Paid the diagnostic fee and was on my way.  Heard back from Norm in half the time he said it might take for the diagnostics; he had a plan for repairs to the unit and that it would take another couple of weeks to get the parts in.  Well I heard from him a few days later and he had wrapped it all up!  As he was disassembling the amp to do some component testing he discovered an issue that was previously hidden from view which turned out to be the problem all along.  He told me the diagnostic fee I had already paid would cover everything and that it was ready to go.

I could not be happier with the outcome.  Beyond the repair itself, the fact that he quoted me 2-3 times what the actual cost ended up being, and then didn't create an excuse to charge me that amount after it was wrapped up is all the reason I need to visit his business again for any repairs I may need in the future.  I can wholeheartedly recommend Norbern Electronics.

I have a old 1950's record player that needed repaired a little while back. After doing some research I came across Norbern Electronics website. It looked very professional and convinced me to give them a call. The woman who picked up the phone was very rude and short with me. I told her that I needed my turntable repaired and without a breath she told me that they couldn't help me. She didn't ask the year or what was wrong with it, just that they couldn't help me. She tried the hardest to get me off the line but I asked her if she knew of anyone who could help me. She said nope and hung up. It was very unprofessional and very off putting. I can not recommend this place to anyone and would suggest to do some more research, just like I did. I finally found someone who would talk to me about what was wrong before they decided if they could look at it.

I brought in my turntable that belonged to my father and was very sentimental to me and they got it working again! Even though it did take a little while they were very thorough and I'm very happy with their service and will be referring my family and friends! Thanks again!

After a bit of trouble they resolved the problem, A bit pricey but over all I am happy.
