I walked in to inquire about getting a short term mobile plan. Allen listened to what I needed, and sold me exactly what I was looking for. The transaction was quick and smooth. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes.

Best retail store I have been to. Always have great customer service and makes sure I get everything I need. Never feel pressured into buying anything. Will be coming back to this store for all future transactions

Went here after having the run around from a couple of different stores 
Wait wasn't long at all if you ever need anything accomplished ask for nicole she is awesome

Be very cautious. This store lost my records from my last phone company and never paid off my bill (like they were supposed to), and because of that, I was sent to collections. When I went to the T Mobile store, they acted like it was my fault and said I would just have to deal with it. Also, on a side note, when I was in the store giving my information to the lady, she was on the phone with a supervisor repeating my social, passwords, full name, and phone number VERY loudly in the store for every other customer to hear. We will be switching our phone service ASAP.
