Made my day when going beyond helping me w/my Apple MacBook Pro the day I walked in asking for help just before closing. The fellow was preparing to leave for the day, but took the time to help me out. I definitely will return and highly recommend this place!!!

Check  this place out before going to City Mac or the Apple store. I bought a used MacBook Air for a local church I work at. Mr. Voelker personally pointed out every little detail regarding the condition of the laptop, walked me through the move-in process, and was transparent about all the tests he ran to make sure it worked. We haven't had any issues so far. Don't let the location in an old strip mall put you off. The interior is very nice, and the man is an authorized Apple reseller. If you're in the market for a Mac or an IPad, or if you need one repaired, support this local business!

Had an issue with a 2 year old MacBook Pro.  Called Voelker Research-I've been down that road of waiting for 1 1/2-2 hours at the Apple Store-and they saw me as soon as I walked in the door.  A tech by the name of Damon was very attentive.  They diagnosed the issue, which was relatively minor.  They had the part that I needed, it was installed and tested, and I was finished inside of 10 minutes.  I might add that the woman (sorry that I did not get her name) who handles the telephone duties is very pleasant and picks up the phone very quickly.  It was encouraging to see this type of customer service in this day and age.
