Bought some nice (or so i thought) Sketchers here as it is hard to find shoes in my size (15) anywhere else. They were so comfortable that i didnt put much thought into it at the time and just got them. When I get home I notice they are a bit too big, then I notice there are stains on them to my surprise. I had only wore them once at the store and they had been in their box other than that. When I go to return the shoes for these reasons, they refuse to give a refund or even store credit. Disgusting behavior.

This is the only DXL I go to and I live in Philly! The customer service is superb! They make you feel comfortable and at home and they make it about the customer and will make sure you find why you're looking for. Great personalities at that store. They have me for a lifetime shopper there!

Always very helpful and their selection is great as well as reasonably priced, my last 3 suits have come from them, excellent quality, certainly a store I'll continue using for life!

I bought some shorts and polos here and my experience was great. There was a new employee, Tipani, and she went above and beyond to help me find the right clothes. I went in by myself to buy some new clothes for my summer wardrobe and she helped me so much! She gave opinions on the outfits I picked and recommended what shirt would go well with those short, etc, etc. I basically stayed in the changing room and she ran back and forth to get me the right size or different color of a certain shirt.

I had a small budget ($300) and she was working around that which was very helpful. The one problem I had was sizes. This store is mostly dedicated to larger plus sizes. I went in for 1XL's and 42 in. waists and the selection was rather limited but you can always place an order (for pickup or delivery)! I will definitely be shopping here again.
