I've been visiting this park since it opened, years ago. It's a great place to fish, hike, bike, run, walk, picnic, bird watch, etc. I'm an avid runner and do a majority of my training here, and have done so for years, through all seasons. The park rangers and staff do an excellent job of keeping the entire park clean and safe. Mowing, snow plowing, trash collection, and restrooms are well taken care of year round. Beautiful park, especially for those focused on nature and wildlife preservation.

Stony Creek Anglers have a Trout nursery here. There are brown, rainbow, golden, and brook trout that have been stocked in the creeks throughout the park. This is a great place for people who love to walk to go together with others. People often paint the landscapes there. Also a nice ace to walk your dog.

Decent, mostly flat, loops to choose from. Nice and secluded stream areas. Picnic places. Park rangers from one to five stars.
