By far the most unprofessional experience ive had. I came in a week ago hoping to buy a used 4runner. I was immediately greeted by a slender, blonde man (I'm assuming manager), yelling at an employee to "get the [expletive]" out of his office. I wasn't the only customer nearby when this happened. There was someone standing directly next to the employee who was being yelled at. The employee being yelled at just walked away. Disgusting language and deplorable treatment of employees. I can't imagine how he treats them when customers AREN'T around. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere.

Recently purchased a Certified Tacoma from here and couldn't be more satisfied! Every staff member i encountered was friendly and courteous and never seemed to try and push anything on me! The Young Lady who helped me throughout my process did an outstanding job and kept me in the loop on everything! She even communicated with me via text to make time for me when i was unable to speak by phone! Looking forward to future business at this location!

Larry helped out the best he could, and was up front about details. Didn't strike a deal, but not a pain to work with. Sales manager was also very personable.

Very nice people, which made it an easy transaction (replacing a car which was totalled). All taken care of same day.

I would love to give them a higher rating but I just can't get over some issues we had. The buying process went smoothly enough, had a good salesperson, & they worked with us as far as getting the van purchased. However, we were there for hours on a Saturday, I guess they only have one person who takes care of the tax, tags, title, and licensing? Anyway, wouldn't have been a big deal except we have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. Trying to keep them happy while we just sat there and waited and waited for our turn. We were super happy with our purchase but they hadn't detailed it yet, inside or out. They told us to come back within a month of purchasing it and they would take care of us. The first time I came, with my two young boys, and we waited 3.5 hours and they didn't touch the inside. Still had dirt and dog hair from the previous owners. I called & let them know what had happened so they told me to come back again and they'd take care of it. So, I hauled me and the boys back once again and after 1.5 hours of waiting, I get in the van and see that after all that time, all they had managed to do was vacuum the floor. They didn't touch the dashboard or the consoles or even wipe down the seats. I called and complained to the sales managers voicemail and surprisingly enough, never heard back from them. I'm so glad I bought a van from them & paid extra for someone else's dirt. Seriously, a detail job is/should come standard with the purchase of a new car. They acted annoyed and like I was asking for special treatment or something. Everyone we interacted with was very nice, but they could have done the very basic task of cleaning my vehicle properly.
