I recently purchased a great car from Hyman Bros. I was looking for the car of my dreams and had an idea of what I wanted. However, that all changed when I was met at the showroom door by Antoine. I described to him all the things I was looking for in my car and he showed me some of the ones I had looked at on line. Then he mentioned he had another car I might like and showed me the car of my dreams! Antoine was not pushy and understood I needed to do my research on this unexpected find and come back for a second test drive. Which I did unannounced and again he was most helpful answering my man questions. I love my new car and am happy I purchased from Hyman Bros. P.S. Today I had a questions about my new car and just stopped by to get some information and Antoine greeted me by name and answered my question quickly and I was on my way again! THANKS, great experience, highly recommend this dealership!

I highly recommend Hyman Brothers to find your next vehicle. Rick "RC" Cassady was terrific. He is very personable and professional which makes the buying experience so much better. He will work hard to find the vehicle you want. Also, the service department goes above and beyond. My thanks to Eric and Betty for being so accommodating!

Class A1 service! Was shopping around for a specific vehicle and this dealership had a few to choose from. They're all in pristine condition and low mileage! Told them what it would take for me to purchase and they made it happen. I was out of there in 2 hours and extremely satisfied.

They do have a nice inventory but here lies just another example of how customer service and salesmanship have become a dying practice. This place is just like most dealerships now, just a car lot. What happens is you go there, see if something catches your eye and they'll work up the papers for you to buy it. Like grabbing groceries and taking them to the cash register for the cashier to ring up. I came here interested in getting a new car, not because I needed another one, but because I wanted a new toy (a money burning a hole in my pocket attitude). So I go there, a salesman comes out when I arrived, he was nice but inexperienced.I look it over and I ASKED for a test drive; I end up liking the car. I told him I would check with my bank on financing and come back, never asked for my phone number to keep in contact or anything. Kind of felt like he didn't care either way. So I get preapproved at my bank, come back, take the time to look for the dealer I worked with. No one else asked if I needed help, they just sat at their desk on their computer; one even my wife noticed looking at scantly dressed women. The salesman fills out the paper work and I find out through him that the car is overpriced for what it is and I need to use their financing. Again I go to check with my bank, (salesman didn't ask for my a contact number again) and they agree it is overpriced. So I go home to sleep on it again and decide I'll go through with it. I sign up for my financing online and get calls later while I'm asleep that I'm approved. I wake up later to find out ON MY OWN ONLINE that they have sold the car. I was a little disappointed because I liked the car, but I wasn't too broken up because they gave we a whatever vibe. I was on the fence and they really didn't try to sell me they car. They didn't even care to call me to tell me that it was sold or to try to sell me on something else. Now I don't mind paying a little more if the customer service is stellar, but I didn't get that at all at this place, which is why I don't feel too heart broken. I recently bought my wife's Pathfinder for the asking price without trying to haggle based on the great customer service we received.

What a great car buying experience! Rick, my sales guy, was knowledgeable and fun. On the test drive, he showed off the turning radius, punched it around sharp curves, pushed it getting on and off the highway, drove on some bumpy roads to test the handling ... all the time telling me interesting info on the car. I would definitely recommend him for a car purchase and to babysit your kid. The service department was friendly efficient, and they had my few issues on the car fixed very quickly. Oh, and they beat the buy out offer from car max, like they advertise. The trade in and the loan paperwork went quickly. All around very high marks & I love my Honda Element.
