Bought a vehicle cash of $9000 and less than 30 days I have to get a transmission and I have to pay for it and been getting the run around for a week going two weeks before they told me that much never call back to inform me no rental car I'm going to get a lawyer they are scammers customer suppose to be top priority. Didn't get satisfied at all put me on hold for an hour Debbie blame sales sales pass off to everyone Kai James Antonio all gave me a run around this is the worst experience purchasing a vehicle ever and have a three purchase prior first and last time at any priority dealership I NEED THE NUMBER TO CORPORATE NOT GENERAL MANAGER DISTRICT OR REGION MANAGER SOMEONE WHO ACTUAL STAND BY THERE SAYING BEST SERVICE AROUND CEO OF PRIORITY NEED TO BE CONTACTED FOR THIS CON DEALERSHIP

Sherrod and Carrington were GREAT!!! took the time to show me some options and were very patient with my son. I will definitely buy from Priority again!

You guys treat your employees like grabage, false promises, gossiping like children constantly. You go to HR and then get dragged into an office with nothing but threats. The only good thing about this place is the technicians, sales, and receptionist. Appreciate your employees more, and you will get a greater response from your customers.  

Very happy I made the decision to leave on my own and not endure endless conversations and trash talking of other employees.

Five stars isn't enough to express my extreme satisfaction with Priority West End's staff! Everyone is very positive and personal from start to finish. I have never had such an easy and stress free experience with any car dealer, until I chose Priority! No pressure, very knowledgeable and wonderfully patient while I changed my mind a few times. I will ALWAYS recommend Priority to anyone looking for a reliable, dependable and fair priced vehicle. Priority For Life is the perfect slogan for these guys! Many thanks to Darryl, Andrew & the rest of the staff! There's definitely too much awesomeness in one building! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both james and Antonio went above and beyond to take care of me, i had a trade in and it was causing me problems getting financing for a different car. Antonio did everything he could and got me approved. They dealt with me calling and texting with questions but never once got upset or annoyed. I now have a new sentra and will definitely be back for future purchases and send my friends and family to them. They take care of their customers like family and it was much appreciated.
