Jay Wolfe Toyota always has the utmost best service.  Every single service manager remembers your name even when you take your car in for routine maintenance. They are professional and personable. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for service. They send me coupons and keep my appointment right on schedule. They have a great waiting area with all the accommodations as if you were home.

I like some of the guys in the service department (Randy, George, and a few others). My Toyota was going on 18 years old with over 200,000 miles). Their service kept it running and I was never left stranded. But I had a manual that required someone to know how to drive a stick to move it around. I like the service guys mentioned since they would take the time to see what service I would need and what was already done (not all of them would do that suggesting costly services that were already preformed). Not sure if they had a lack of mechanics that knew how to work on my car since a simple service would take around 5 hours. They are so busy that my older car required more time or talent and I would get upset for the lack of attention when I should be their ideal customer. A Ford F-150 took my Toyota out. Based on the long term service problems mentioned above and that Toyotas haven't been as good lately, I'm giving Honda a try.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We have purchased 3 vehicles from here and we won't go anywhere else. The staff and atmosphere of the dealership at tiffany springs is, as always amazing and comfortable to work with. Thanks again for another great purchase!

Quentin Daniels took very good care of us. We came in with a specific vehicle in mind. Quentin met us with a smile. He was very helpful, attentive and listened. We left owning the vehicle we came for.

i really like to give them less then 1 start. i called and asked for a better deal.the sales rap talking with me and manager at back and forth ,  i told them i had a offer from a different dealer i provide the details finally  "Rayan" called, i think he is the manager. he asked again to provide him with the proof something screenshot or email so he can gave me the deal we already talked about. i provide the proof and guess what happened i got the text back from him saying that "thanks ! i am going to submit this for review " he submit the proof for review because some other dealer offering better deal really ???? if you can't offer a better deal . shut your mouth and say sorry i can't beat the price.  i really have some nice words to say here but i did not want to. anyway i want nice not to do business with them had a great idea . i will suggest to everyone, shop around before you buy from them you can find a awesome deal by just make 4 or 5 calls.
