I don't usually do reviews but I had to rate this store.They are very friendly people .They always took care of my old bike (One time they fixed my crank arm for free!!) so naturally when I needed a new bike, I went there and once again, I loved the experience plus I get a 2 months free maintenance. Carlos is a great mechanic who knows and loves what he does. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to fix, rent or buy a bike especially if you're in Staten Island.

Would not recommend. Went in to simply get spokes tightened, wheels were straight. Was told they could not do it and to come back in a week when the guy who builds wheels is there. Meanwhile there were two mechanics and the owner there. I would think that they would be able to simply tighten spokes. I bought a spoke wrench from them and did it myself.
