Went in here looking for a bike for a birthday present and worked with Mike. We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for so if it weren't for Mike's expertise, we probably would have left with something inadequate. Mike was very honest with us in regard to meeting our needs and did not try to oversell us. I would recommend this shop to anyone, experienced or not. Ps. She loved the bike! Thank you again Mike!

In 2010 I bought Eastern bikes Thunderbird in that shop. I'm 27, still riding, still love it, bike is still totally ok. I send Hello To Matt, the men, who helped me to chose a bike. Hello New York from Moscow! Hope will visit your City again

Wonderful. Definitely would reccomend this place. We came with a pretty beaten up bike, left out in the rain and a little rusty with a flat. It was a great price for replacing the tube, and they fixed the rust problem with some WD-40 without us even asking! And the man who was helping us was very nice. No complaints whatsoever.

I have been here a few times, and the owner was very nice until I got my tire serviced. My tube was constantly deflating, probably because of an issue with the tire. The staff said they lined the rim with "rim tape" to protect the tube and gave me a new tube. Well, that didn't help and the tube was flat again within a few hours. I went back again the next day and showed them the deflated tube and the owner accused me of sticking a damn screw driver in the tube which I did not. I bought another tube to only have it deflate again. I went to another shop and, turns out the "rim tape" Bay Rigde used was actually DUCKTAPE. Thanks for the service, assholes.

Came here for help on swapping parts out in my bike, was ready to pay but they didn’t charge. Nice place, will definitely be back for all my bike needs.
