Story

At Red Lantern Bicycles, we believe that bicycles are one of human kinds’ greatest inventions.

We also believe that they are the best way to get around this great city. That’s why we specialize in helping you, the commuter.

The bikes we carry are for the commuter and are designed to be used as a utilitarian machine. All of them are tough, rugged, and capable of racks and fenders.

We specialize in useful and functional bicycles. We know that because of what we do to your ride, your livelihood will improve. And we know that our bikes are making other people’s lives better.

The staff has over 30 years of combined experience. We could tell you that we are the best. But every shop does that. What we will tell you is that what we do is done precisely and accurately. Check out the “Service” section for more in-depth details. And when you do come in, our work will be the proof behind the puddin’.

We also happen to have a passion for coffee. We roast our own beans in-house from a single origin bean we get from Guatemala. We also make our own alternative nut milks (i.e. almond, cashew, and sunflower) to go along with that cup of goodness you just ordered. Milks, ice and hot teas, hot chocolates, chai drinks… you name it. All made in-house.

So bring your bike by. Chillax at the bar if you’d like. We have lots of answers to any questions that you may have. We will be more than happy to chat-a-chat-chat with you about all things bike. Because here at Red Lantern, we’re all about the bike love.
