I paid for shipping and I paid to have the item return shipped...and THEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR RETURN SHIPPING!!!!  

P.S.  As discussed, the item was clearly mislabeled in terms of size.  I am 5'10 and it was an XL that could not fit someone who was 4'9 and 105 lbs.  I put on the jersey and it did not even cover my belly button.  So I get why you would charge someone for shipping that you never paid for...!!!  Never again!

I bought a fancy indoor trainer (Tacx Neo) at R&A almost two years ago. It recently malfunctioned and I was not able to find the receipt. Tacx will not even acknowledge your existence without an original receipt. Felix was awesome. He reached out to them directly, on my behalf, and was able to get them to accept my warranty claim and repair the trainer. I would have been totally screwed otherwise. R&A is also currently helping me with a warranty replacement on a Selle C59 saddle. This is just one reason why, in my opinion, it's always worth it to do business with a reputable authorized dealer like R&A rather than some random website selling transshipped merchandise.

Because I saw some bad reviews I felt compelled to write one myself. My experience with R&A has been nothing short of fantastic (Spook to Aldo). They are extremely knowledgeable, were very patient at my visit, I was able to fit helmets without pressure to buy and they even went as far as going to the warehouse to pick up exactly what I wanted. Plus, they gave me seat height advice which made a big difference. In modern times of amazon and alike pushing out local stores left and right, and the challenge of high real estate I applaud them. It is a great feeling to walk into a store and check things out with a knowledgeable staff to back up products before you buy. Its my place to go.

Nice clean store in a great location . The sales guy was a bit snooty though.  I wanted an endurance bike but he kept steering me to a Argon racy bike that was not my style (too low for me).    He asked about my current stem length and then proceeded to laugh.  He then said "dont ever say that to anyone else"   They are very knowledgeable    Could work on people skills though

Great customer service. My bike came quickly and nearly built. When I found that my derailleur hangar had been bent in shipping, they sent a new one nearly overnight for free. I'm a fan.
