Awesome staffs. Very kind and organized. I had lost my wheel locker for my tire and Chris, a technician, gave me the extra one for free. Was supposed to take 2 and half hr but only took 30m. They really do their best. Very impressive for the first time at dealers. Thanks everyone, special thanks to Chris and Miles at service at KiA canton.

Be sure to come greet people pulling into the garage. I wasn't sure whether to stay in the car or get out. Otherwise always pleased with top notch service! The snack was a nice surprise and needed and a free car wash is the cherry on top because my car is filthy with our weather conditions.  Thank you!

I love the Kia dealer in Canton Michigan the staff is so friendly and genuine. Yesterday I went in because of low pressure light concerning my tires I did not have an appointment they were very busy and short-staffed. I didn't get turned away he said he would get to me as soon as he could and they sure did this is my first time ever leasing a car and I have to say I will continue to lease cars and that will be at the Kia dealer in Canton. As far as a tire there was a nail in it.
Thank you Kia dealer service department you guys rock!!!

From the reviews a dear friend of mine explained a scenario that is similar to at least 6 other reviews long wait, take the lease bait return on a Monday the price is not as she heard and understand. As I was not present I would say to any one know what is said and conduct business transactions on same day, or do no business until you can complete all financial matters timely. Especially where a lease is concerned. If you are the only one in the family leasing keep in mind you are borrowing the vehicle if you are likely to put miles on even the purchase of extra miles may not be a plausible net and then the wear and tear may come back to haunt you in the end. Many people who lease leave on holiday using a rental car. The sales department has the better reviews whereas service department ranks low. It is nice to see someone respond to reviews. Hopefully there is adequate follow through.

Easiest car purchase I've ever made. Excellent service and no frills sales approach. I strongly recommend Kia of Canton for your next auto purchase. A sincere thank you to all the staff and do look forward to my next deal with Kia of Canton.
