Only put 4 stars because I've only been here once and can't really judge it based on that so the guy helping me out was very nice and helped me out I had run out of antifreeze when my radiators was spitting out antifreeze like a baby spitting out smashed food it doesn't like and so I had to make a quick stop after school to get some antifreeze to hop on the freeway without my car overheating. So I see a sign that says no repair or any of that sort on cars so I'm freaking out on where I would stop to put the antifreeze in my car since I didn't know the area so well and the employee helping me said I was able to add antifreeze in the parking lot because it was something the car really needed and put me at ease even offered to put the antifreeze for me. I assured him I could get the job done myself but I wanted to say he made my visit to this o'reilly a good one.

Manager and staff very intelligent and very helpful.  I get email rewards $ 5.00 discounts monthly.  Helps with my costs of keeping my old car alive. 5 Stars

Got my rotors machined here & car sounded like a UFO when I came to a stop.  Had to get it redone & still same!  The manager said his rotor guy wouldn't have done a bad job & even passed blame on the mechanic for putting the rotors on!  Bad job on rotors & even worse customer service.  I still got to do this a THIRD time (on my own time & money) & will definitely go somewhere else now...Btw this is my first bad review ever.
