Disgusting experience.  Credit pull unauthorized. Rude customer service,  and the service rep made a crude joke.
I'd literally PAY people not to shop at this dump.

No professionalism, was told that "We are a fortune 500 company,  we can kinda get away with things other companies can't"...
...OMG....u serious?!?! You can't say that to a consumer!

I have new 2017 GLE43. First time I brought car to check noise coming from driver seat. In a couple days I pick up my car and noise was gone for a couple of days. Noise comes back. I had to leave car again for the same reason. The problem was solved on a second try. In a couple days after I picked the car my sat radio doesn't receive any signal. I was told that antenna needs to be replaced. So far I'm waiting for more than a week without radio and traffic report in my car. To my my requests why it is taking so long I receive response that it is a new car and the part number is not available yet.

I had the best experience in dealing with this Mercedes dealership.  Moe Yahoum the Service Advisor went above and beyond to address my issues.  The South Bay dealership had made a mistake and Moe took the time to fix it.  I'm only going to this dealership from here on.  Thank you Moe! Nav M.
