Horrible customer service. My Ford was in the shop for one week, and whenever I tried to find out what’s going on with the car, nobody could give me an answer. My call got transferred to 4 different people. My voice message never got returned. No communication. No email. Nothing. They should have communicated better. It’s bad enough not having a car for a week that I pay the lease for, and on top of that, not knowing what’s going on with the car was such a big headache. For sure I’m not going with Ford again when this lease ends.

I am from Detroit and I will always love ford motor company but this location is prestige. The friendly automotive sales group was quick to assist in buying a new car
