Overall location was great, cute quaint rooms, and a cool beach atmosphere.

Unfortunately, if anything happens after 9pm (office closes) your S.O.L 
In addition to, any concerns or issues you might have. Are later met with reactive condescending remarks. 

We all wish to stay comfortably and happy in our rooms. After all it is why we pay for them. 

I will not be staying at this hotel, next time I visit San Clemente.

This place truley is a gem! Location is amazing of course but more so the warm feeling I've gotten from the staff takes the cake! Full kitchen with a stove and oven in a prime area, u can't ask for more!! I made me some salmon right in the room and was able to enjoy it in the nice outdoor seating area!

I've stayed in a lot of hotels. And I've never gotten near the accomadations and help that I did here. We came out for veterans weekend to see my marine man and we checked out with some of the funniest memories ever from just our hotel rooms. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful and have such great personalities! The rooms were newly repainted and look beautiful! You definitely need a sense of humor to stay here!! The showers are a little bipolar 😂😉

Loved this little hotel. Very quaint and the iwner was lovely. Would definately recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

I just watched the Hotel Impossible episode about your hotel,I hope that you will do a better job now that millions of people have seen your cute place. Please keep your rooms clean and the other small things will work themselves out! Good luck !!
