My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was ok, not the best. I had a mini fridge, microwave. Its in a good location and inexpensive. I was there 2 nights.

Overall, good for a motel. Good value considering location near tourist area. Not very accommodating regarding late checkout, said they were full but then let me pay for another night, so obviously not full. There is a nice sized mini fridge and a microwave in the bedroom. Small HD tv in bedroom, none in lounge. Should be in both or in lounge in my opinion. Bedroom is separate from lounge which has a small sofa, coffee table, and dining table with 2 chairs. Complimentary bathroom things are very low quality. Room was clean, water pressure good, and bed comfortable. No pens or paper pads. Restaraunt next door very good. Getting to San Clemente pier and T beach is walkable or a quick Uber ride. Laundry is across the street. Only blackout curtains, no liner, so curtains must be drawn at all times unless you want strangers seeing everything you do.

This property is located in proximity to the 5 freeway in San Clemente on the North Side, adjacent to it is located Hapa J's a Hawaiian restaurant. Hapa J's have good delicious fresh food. The office for the Inn is located downstairs, the staff is promt in responding but a little too dry and brief in dealing with guests for any questions. Check out is at 11:00 am and adhered to.The good news is the rooms are nice, when I booked I got a den with a couch and sit down dinette table for 2. The bedroom was decent size with a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were clean and the amenities and decorations were fine. The price paid for such a unit was decent, definitely a place to stay upon your visit to San Clemente.

Hands down the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been in in my entire life. You could eat off the floor. The front desk I was terrible but I give it 5 stars because it was so clean and the rooms are really nicely updated flat screen TVs really huge shower a really nice hotel actually I was impressed, budget-friendly prices. Century Located middle of San Clemente across the street there is a really Good Cafe called "Pipes"

Room is dated and needs improvment. Nothing spectacular, but a good bargin room. Relatively clean aside from hair on the bathroom floor. The front desk clerk clearly didnt want to be there was was unimpressed we wanted to check in. Dont expect a bath because they plugged (crudely) the water jets and put up a sign saying no baths or the room will flood. Bed was low quality. Would I stay here again? Probably because it was cheap.
