Great place close to beach, downtown lovely San Clemente, The Pier,. California Coastal Train, Surfing, and Great food and fun.   We own several weeks here and love it.   The bad rating for no AC?  Wow, open the windows fool it's the beach.   Nobody runs AC at the beach.   I can even hear the waves from Bahia at the furthest unit from the ocean.   Great place to get away with your own garage space,. Good internet,. Nice people at the San Clemente In for check-in and Check-out.   Sunday Farmers Market on Del Mar.  Love San Clemente

Always a great place to spend time. Clean comfortable, within an easy walk off the pier and downtown. Great shopping and food. Linda Lane park is fun for the little ones and the beach is nice.

Amazing view and so close to downtown San Clemente. We are owners here and love coming every year. 

It is a short walk down the hill to a wonderful beach. The pier is just a little south along the beach. There is always something happening at the pier.

The surf culture is a real draw here in San Clemente. It is so great to see everyone enjoying the waves.

The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing almost any meal. We did a full Thanksgiving dinner here one year. You do need to bring your own spices and coffee. Coffee filters, cleaning supplies and a great collection of knives are provided.

So hot with no conditioning that we stayed 2 of our 7 nights and packed up for home! When I booked this I did not see anything about no air conditioning or I would have never gave my hard earned money for this so called Southern California beach trip! What a waste of money! 1 star for view and location and 0 stars for being HOT with no air conditioning!
