Friendly Indian peeps, typical motel, small but not directly on freeway so it's not as noisy. Seem to have some updates. No ice machine, wifi kept dropping you off like the bus as school. Had some art work in the room which was a nice touch. Shades seem new though needed curtains as if someone wants to peak in they can. Waking distance to bars, a taco order place, gas station on strip. The parking lot only has one was in and out. This good and bad, just cozy with your neighbors, same time no one should be driving in here unless they stay here.

I really enjoyed our stay. They are a husband and wife team. I loved the friendship and honesty. I found the place very old school. The San Clemente I enjoyed as a kids. The neighborhood was very peaceful.

This place is poorly managed by a crazy drug addict woman. She gives no privacy and completely over charged us on poor service and quality. Owner/manager is rude loud and intrusive. First day we woke up to the owner screaming at the room next door. Paid $80 one night and tried to charge us $125 ever night that we stayed, thanks god we got out on the third day. Not worth your time or effort look elsewhere.

This motel is a joke. My car broke down on my way home (Ventura county) from San Diego. She charged me $75 plus tax. The room was closet size. There is trash and junk all over the hallways. Sheets were dirty. Had to change them myself. When I went to ask for a late checkout she simply blurted out: "no! Extra money!" Then when I went to try and tell her that I didn't think it was fair because of the dirty sheets, she started to yell at me and said "get the hell out of here!!"  Never again!!

Absolutely horrible and woukd have to be tge worth place i have ever stayed and very rude.
Would save your money and stay in your car
