Cory and Amy were absolutely great to work with. As a non-buyer of office furniture our team of 12 had no idea of what we needed when we remodeled and added office space at Fastenal Company. Cory was great to come out and measure and Amy was great in suggesting styles and finishes at their showroom. Once ordered we had everything assembled and installed in about a week by their professional crew who were very accommodating and professional as well. Originally we thought we could go-it alone by shopping a few local furniture stores which in hind sight turned out to be a big waste of time. For the best value and overall experience Office Works has been great to work with!
Cory, Kerri, and everyone at Office Works went above and beyond with the design and install of our new office at Summit General Contractors, Inc. From the beginning to the end, they were there every step of the way to make our new office look amazing! We would recommend Office Works 10/10 times for anyone that has any needs for a new or existing office space. Their products are high quality and the install team can’t be beat. CCETN had an arson fire. Office Works was their to help and is very professional. They assessed our needs and provided several solutions to get us up and running quickly. Our representative was out to advise and measure space and within a short time our furniture was ordered and delivered. The delivery team is just as professional as the administration and sales folks. They had us set up and assembled quickly without a hitch. I am very satisfied and would recommend Office Works to anyone in need of office furniture and who wants a great customer service experience. At a time that was unusually difficult because of the fire, Office Works was easy to do business with and our space looks great. Thank you!
Absolutely beautiful furniture!! The team at Office Works is amazing as well! With several purchases, they have made each of them a very pleasant experience. Everyone from sales to the install techs are top notch. Highly recommend for all of your office furniture needs.
Working with Cory and his team at OfficeWorks has always been a first class experience. Most recently, he helped me find a new chair for my office to help provide additional lower back support. He quickly provided several options but more importantly, he offered his recommendation which I appreciated. From the time of the request, to delivery of a my new chair was no more than one week, far exceeding my expectations. The team at Office Works completed my new home office and I love the setup. They really took the time to understand my needs and the constraints of the space within my home. Having used them in the past for large work projects, I was delighted to see the same attention to detail in my personal needs.
Individual looking for an at home work chair. Bought a used/refurb steelcase leap v2. I let them know what I was looking for, they told me when it'd be in and let me try some others on the floor. It came in on time as they predicted. Super straight forward as it should be, responsive on the phone, and the ladies were kind enough to show me how everything worked on the chairs and let me look it over. Super low pressure. Warranty a little less than what I cross priced and I would have liked better documentation for itthey do keep it in the system, but I love having someone local to deal with. Hopefully I won't have any problems, but they've been so responsive I don't think I'll have any issues if I do. I will definitely check with them for future needs if this keeps up.
Office Works, LLC provided used and new furniture for one of our branches. Cory and his team did a great job meeting our budget and installing the material to meet our schedule.
