Be warned: They DO NOT actually have furniture at the Clearance Center. The salesman neglected to tell me this very important detail. I went in and purchased a chair I wanted to pick up later in the afternoon. I asked how late the chair could be picked up, and the salesman told me 4:30. You'd think that question would have triggered him to tell me they don't have the chairs at the store. After having a relative drive 30 miles to meet me at the store, I was given a weak apology by all staff for the blatant oversight. As a conciliatory gesture, they could have offered to sell us the floor model, or even to deliver the chair for free, but they offered nothing except to have the chair sent over from the Callahan Drive location the following day. This was unacceptable because I still paid full price for an item I intended to have in my mother's room this evening. I am so sorry I ever walked into this nightmare masquerading as a furniture store.

DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE! My wife and I came in and ordered a Rocker as she is 8 months pregnant and was looking for a quality chair to nurse our son in. We met a sales associate named Andrew who Immediately pounced on us at the door. He showed us around and gave us some options, we ended up purchasing a chair and the delivery service to avoid any hassles or added stress. I gave them the address for delivery which they then wanted us to fill out HANDWRITTEN directions TURN by TURN from the store to the address to be delivered. Its 2018 , use google maps! Delivery Day: No one even called, they didn't show up, they didn't even act like it was a big deal, "Call back tomorrow if it doesnt show up" I didn't call back the next day, I actually waited an ENTIRE WEEK!!! just to see if they would figure it out. I had to call and demand a refund, they acted confused, What a bunch of idiots. What a NIGHTMARE of a BUSINESS!

Don't use their finance lender! Acceptance rep told me it'd only be $98.57 for their fee if I paid it off in 90 days BUT was told an additional 12% when I was ready to pay loan off! I have a voicemail with them telling me "Even if we misled you, you still have to pay it." That's deceptive lending if you ask me. The BBB will hear about it also!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went here to purchase a sofa, loveseat, and recliner after seeing it advertised online that they were covering the sales tax. Well I get there and let one of the salesmen know what items I am interested in purchasing and I showed him the website advertisement that says plainly that they were running a promotion were sales tax was covered. I assume that lady that he spoke to in order to confirm that what I was showing him was correct was a manager and she was absolutely horrific. She snapped and said "No we are not covering the sales tax" I told the gentleman ok thank you I will take my business elsewhere. As I was getting ready to walk out the same lady snapped again and said " I don't know what you want me to say". I have worked in customer service and that is not how you treat a perspective customer. I was able to pay the full amount for the items I wanted to purchase but even if they had changed their minds and would have paid the sales tax I would have went somewhere else because I want to be treated like a human being not a piece of trash. After leaving the store I called wayfair and they had the exact couch and loveseat that Knoxville wholesale had and I was even able to get all the items I wanted for a better price and the customer service was phenomenal. If you are thinking about going here to buy furniture, think again, go somewhere were your business will be appreciated.

Purchased 2 new adjustable beds. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with us to get the best deal. Approximately 6 months later the motor quit working on 1 of the beds. Called the store and the next day a repairman came out fixed the bed at no charge. Would, with no hesitation purchase from this store again.
