Bought a very large amount of furniture, didn't tell me the 6 months with no interest was a credit card, didn't know it until it shows up in the mail. I would have paid cash, don't want or need a credit card. First delivery only brought 3 items, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Finally I screamed at the store and they delivered 2 more items, now they are getting one more piece from Nashville, not sure why they waited a month to get it,and are telling me the last piece will be more than another month...wow, customer service is awful. Had to travel to the store to get this info, not sure I will buy the remaining pieces there...tried to be loyal to local stores, even paid much more to do it, guess they didn't appreciate local loyalty. Sorry, have to be honest...Not one call until I called them and had to get in their face., then had to finally drive all the way across town and go to the store to find out if they were even going to bring what I purchased.

Always worth shopping here. Solid Furniture and Great help from the staff. I have bought several things from there and they last. They also have great financing deals at different times.

Third trimester pregnant wife with no ability to sleep in bed any longer. If you’ve been in this position then you know how important sleep can be for the health of your wife and unborn child. The concern for your family leads you out searching desperately for a resolution and we found our answer to a vet accommodating chair on the showroom floor at this location. Our very sweet and nice salesperson went back to see what was in stock. This needed to be ordered as nothing was in the warehouse and it would be three weeks. We tried to arrange to buy the floor model as we needed resolution immediately. Told us they do not sell floor models for any reason because then they wouldn’t have the model to show in order to sell. Contacted the other location same policy. I see your commercials about local care and concern as you’re a local business and the policies you have do not honor this commitment. After this poor customer service experience we found Bill Cox furniture. He and his wife were so wonderful. Not only did we find a chair that did what we needed for my wife and unborn little girl but they sold us the floor model, knocked off the taxes, and Bill even helped me load the chair in our vehicle. My wife was so happy she broke down crying and gave them both a hug. That’s local care and true East Tennessee customer service. Your business treated us like you are more about your bottom dollar and not the love and dedication to community you profess. Thankyou Bill Cox for showing my wife who isn’t from this area what Knoxville and East Tn is all about. We have just begun building our family and as we grow we will always need more furniture and Bill Cox will get our business going forward.

Cool place to find some unique home decor pieces. Decent prices and large store. Furniture we have seen seem to have some areas of damage (might be why the prices are a little lower), so just be sure to look over your purchases.

I stopped in and was approached by a sales person named Monna. When asking about certain items it seemed that she didn't think I could afford them and wanted to steer me to other items that I wasn't interested in. I'm not sure if she was doing this because I was black, but I really feel as if she wasn't qualified to deal with people of color. It seems that some diversity training is needed.
