Garbage company with an ever worse delivery service. I ordered my bedroom set before Christmas and I STILL don't have it all (almost March). First, the people who installed it were COMPLETELY incompetent. Not only did they install the bed incorrectly (left the middle supports off), causing it to break just by sitting on it, but they broke the nightstand by being very rough on it and THEN blamed the manufacturer for not gluing it correctly. Also, I had to tighten many screws by myself because the drawers didn't work.

This was early January so they needed to redeliver the bedside table and fix the bed. The earliest they could do it was in TWO WEEKS so for those two weeks, we had the pleasure of sleeping with our mattress on the floor. They called a local professional who was very nice and competent to fix it. I wish he installed all of it to begin with. The delivery people, however, dropped the nightstand causing it to shatter. Guess what?! Another two week wait. 

Finally, this time, we were given a delivery window of 9:00AM-1:00PM on a Saturday. We like to sleep in, so we set our alarms for 8:15 just in case they came at 9:00. SUPRISE! They actually came at 8:00AM, couldn't get in the gated community, and left. Absolutely bogus company. If I could do it again, I would pay double the money to get furniture from ANYWHERE ELSE. It's a shame since they have a nice leather couch that I wanted to get in the future but their nightmarish delivery service will have me going elsewhere. I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of how bad Rooms To Go is so they don't have to deal with this company. Very unprofessional and extremely incompetent.

If I could give it a minus number I would. Sales staff could care less if you purchased something. Even the business card we were given was written on. I offered it back to the sales women she said nah it was ok. Unprofessional. Store was Not set well. Do go here. Store was clean.... That's the ONLY thing going for it.

Bill was a great sales person. The staff gives you time to look. They don't follow you around and pressure sales. Go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Great prices.

The sales representatives were not pushy at all! The prices were great for the quality of the furniture. The store was clean and well-organized. Rooms To Go had a wide variety of styles and options to choose from and were very accommodating. My furniture was delivered within a reasonable timeframe and was put together, saving me from the hassle of doing it myself. The delivery workers were careful with my furniture and very polite.

Worst place ever. The sales people are great but definitors that you order and they confirm that they have in after you pay for it they tell you that deer back ordered for weeks or a month. I had to get a refund and buy somewhere else because I had moved from Florida to Tennessee in Nov and I had not  brought any furnitures with me
