Friendly staff, not pushy, did greet us as we entered. Their prices are higher, but it's a name brand. I was looking for a chaise lounge sofa and they only had one style. Yes, it's not their specialty. The recliner love seat command center we tried was impressive. The remote control one too. It's come a long while. Good place but it wasn't what I was looking for.

I purchased a chair that for me I felt was expensive and with that price I was expecting the quality of the chair to be equal.  It is NOT,  I have had it for 3 months now with nothing but continuous squeaks.  They have repaired it once (I had to take it to them) and the squeaking is still continuously there.  I am to the point where I just want to return it and move on... Oh but wait, they have a do not return policy!!  I am allowed to bring it in again for servicing though. So I'm stuck with a chair that makes 10 x more noise than one I paid 75% less for. So glad I was sold on the quality and craftsmanship of La-Z-Boy...

Terrible.Runaround on picking up order. Really unpleasantly suprised at the difficulty in just picking up what I have already paid for. I would not even consider purchasing anything else no matter what the price.

Customers service was rude. Walk in to the store with a seat spring asking them if they had some longer told them it was for a lane recliner. The first thing came out her mouth we only help out la z boy customer's. I offered to pay from them and was told our spring's would not work. Most seat spring are the same. I would never shop there just from this remarks. Why would I want to be a customer and buy anything there..
