I've been meaning to write a review for a long time and kept forgetting. We purchased a mattres less than 2 years ago and the overall experience was really good. Nick was a great sales person without being pushy at all, just ready to answer our questions before and after purchase. The delivery time and service was good too. I don't give it a 5 star because after all this time I don't think I'm fully satisfied with my mattress and I don't know yet how my guaranty experience will be. I expect just as great as the sales experience!

This is the place to get a bed. No pressure amazing service and prices. Went to get a basic bed for son and ended up getting one for us also. Very happy

Excellent service. Just moved into town and within my first hours here in Knoxville I got to experience that Southern hospitality people talk about. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Kenny and Jeremy who truly went above and beyond to help me find a mattress that met my needs and budget. The mattress is very comfortable, great quality and was most likely the best deal in town!

I would highly recommend Jeremy and Kenny at the Bed Store.  Both were extremely  helpful with our new bed purchase.  Jeremy was our salesperson and he was very patient,  honest,  knowledgeable and overall great to deal with.  Kenny was the store manager and also wonderful to deal with.  We are so glad we purchased  our bed from these guys!

The folks at The Bed Store and truly in a league of their own.  Kenny took great care of us and helped us find the perfect mattresses to fit our needs, as we move into our next home. 
 If I could rate them with 6 stars, I would!
