Phone stopped working. Yikes. Esa helped me and fixed everything. He also offered me a new plan with considerable savings.

At 5pm it's not busy at all. For reps were waiting to help me with only one other person in the store. The particular one that helped me was knowledgeable and kind. I do know that later in the day or can get pretty busy.

Horrible customer service, the "STORE MANAGER" Vickie will voice her opinion out loud while helping other customers but didn't take the time to privately talk to me, how unprofessional, Esa, the "CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE" didn't even try to help, after I told him my brand new phone was freezing the first thing that came out of his mouth was, unless the phone freezes right now where I can see it happening I can't help you, you have to deal with the manufacturing warranty or we can exchange your phone for a $50 restocking fee, I haven't heard of restocking fees for a long time, definitely not buying my next phone at the T-Mobile store, so disappointed I'm giving my business to this company, with the competition so willing to get my business I'll move as soon as possible.

Fantastic, fast, and efficient service. Set us up with a transfer from AT&T and I have not regretted anything since. Overall, service is easily comparable to AT&T or Verizon, but MUCH cheaper and many more options given for free. 10/10 would recommend.
