Wonderful place to dine in and eat at. It's pet friendly which is a ➕ plus. Fun for the family and friends. The food is great. An the young and beautiful pregnant female who serve us at the register on April 20 2018 was awesome. Very patience with us. 

But O Leary's Tiki Bar & Grill is a must go to when you visit Sarasota Florida. Very please and I will be back soon.

This is our favorite place in Sarasota. Right on the bay, cold drinks and tasty food. The atmosphere is quintessential Florida - this is a must-do any time we have non-FL family visiting. Also, and this is a big deal to our family, they just nail the music. Right now there is a fantastic steel drum player, and at other times we've heard nice acoustic island music. But they never play loud 70s/80s/90s music that would be totally out of character with the location. Thanks for getting this place right!!

While I imagine it might be better when they are slow.... Tried the food on Friday night and it was practically inedible.. the "jumbo"shrimp was in no way "jumbo" and was so overcooked was like chewing on jelly beans.. About the same size too.. the fish taco was a piece of shoe leather wrapped in tortilla. And though we were less than a minute from notification to grab food.. There doors were cold and soggy.. Only thing worth the price were the drinks...I won't be going back.

My new favorite place! You cannot beat the ambiance, location or view, and the food is good too. The best thing is that it's affordable; you can grab a cocktail or meal no matter how you're dressed, and I have never been to a more relaxing restaurant.

Great view and atmosphere. First experience. Stood in line 28 minutes as expected during season and weakened before Easter. Get to the order desk and ask what she could suggest as top sellers for a platter or basket. She responded ma’am just pick something. Ordered daiquiris for myself and friends and there was no alcohol in them yet we were charged for the alcoholic ones. The chicken was over cooked, dry and hard. The shrimp was great, nachos were great, onion rings and clams were also good. The live band patio area was pcked and full of friendly staff and people. Had a dog continually come up to our table and want and beg for food and to be touched while sitting in no dogs allowed section. I think next time I will just get drinks from marina jack.
