Story

Fresh. Innovative. Handcrafted. Out of a defunct bakery restored to its mid-century bones, we pioneered the return of the craft cocktail to Sarasota. But we didn’t just curb our creativity to creating new cocktails. Chef Adam Ruth has created a menu featuring fresh Napa inspired cuisine that is down-right delicious. Whether you’re joining us for happy hour, weekend brunch or to dine, we hope that our passion for creating a unique experience is apparent in everything we do.

I love this place! The atmosphere is great and the drinks are even better! VP is the most charismatic bartender I've EVER met! Definitely my favorite place to grab a drink.

Rustic and chic describes State Street perfectly.   Excellent bar bites, wines and craft cocktails.  The bartenders really know their stuff.  Enjoy the changing menu with varying selections each day.  Has kind of the feel of an authentic New Orleans style gaslight bar and eatery.

From the back of the house to the front of the house, this place is really great. Chef Adam is one of the best in the area. I have eaten his food for years. He is passionate about his creations and takes great pride in his work. 5 stars for quality, creativity, and presentation. Patrick the bartender not only makes amazing cocktails, he will make you laugh with his friendly personality and great smile. Knowledgeable staff, crafty cocktails with nice atmospheres.Two sides to choose from depending on your mood. Love this place!

Best crafted cocktails in town. You can tell every little detail from drinks to food presentation and Fresh ingredients was amazing. There brunch is delicious and if you go for lunch one of the best burgers in Srq. The kind that’s so good ketchup would be an insult.
And Bailey the bartender is great and very well knowledged  my husband whom is also a bartender enjoys talking about different liquors some of which I think they make there own gin as well

Really enjoyed our drinks and the atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy the fact that they were at work. Pricing was good too.
