This restaurant has a great menu for a reasonably priced (around $10-12), quick, casual lunch or a nice sit-down dinner (most entrees still in the neighborhood of $20.) The salads are always fresh and tasty, the pasta dishes are excellent, the other entrees are also well done and offer a variety of choices for any palate. Full service bar with seating at the bar and TVs, drink specials daily, no outdoor seating, but plenty of space inside. The booths are all 4-6 seaters and there are some tables for larger parties. I rarely have to wait to be seated and service in general is good no matter what time I've been.

I love all their soups and sandwiches. The turkey sandwich with cranberry spread is amazing. The ribeye steaks are also very good. They have so much steakhouse flavor and are always cooked perfect.

I will always call and ask if they have prime if not I will not be eating here again. Food mediocre at best. My daughter had pasta and the broccoli was barely warm and could not pierce it with a fork. Found a hair on my salmon. The plate was refixed and it was hotter but the salmon was dry. They comped a dessert, mind you I can't eat any because none are gluten free! Rate 0.5

My family and I were at the Winston-Salem location last night. The service was poor, when we finally got our food it was lukewarm but tasted good. We had an employee come to our table asking if we saw any keys because his manager lost some keys. Why did he have to interrupt our meal for that? Then the waitress brought the check before we were even halfway done and asked if we wanted dessert. Really? The staff should really be trained properly. We will not return to this restaurant.

My family and I were there this weekend. When we placed our order I had to remind the server it came with a salad and I wanted my steak medium rare. Five minutes later came back to tell me they didn't serve what I wanted yet. Picked another entree and it came out raw. My husband ordered shrimp and flounder, was supposed to be jumbo. They were mostly small cocktail shrimp and the one that was bigger still had the shell on. The manager offered six more shrimp but just excuses and not even apologetic. Horrible customer service and food. As an add on, I have been reading some prior reviews and responses. If in truth this restaurant is closing, now I know why. You can tell a lot about a company by who represents them, reading the responses no further proof needed. Its a shame having people like this bring a company down.
