First time of this year came to Olive Garden on Easter weekend. They changed a lot since the last time I visited. Spring vibe everywhere and they have new dessert Strawberry cream cake Must Try! Everywhere looks clean and nice, the foodI had chicken scrampi and zuppa toscanais more fresh and delicious than before. I planned to do Mother’s Day and Graduation party here. Because it’s the only decent place I can find which has variety choices of food to meet all the different ages’ needs. Our server Miriam and the hosts are so nice, they even showed us the separate party roomattached picand said they could even do decorations for us! Not try to be stingy, but I really like the unlimited refill of soup, salad and breadsticks, this is the smart way to make all teenagers full and happy at the graduation party! People started booking now, I should be hurry…
Was told .30 min wait, got called after 15 minutes. Waitress was patient with us when we ordered. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, worth coming here every time.Food: 5/5
When we got to the lobby we were not greeted at all. The hostest just stared at us until we said "table for 2" Idk what her name was but she looked miserable to be there. Not welcoming at all. On the other hand our waiter Marvin was very friendly, helpful and attentive so that turned our bad check in situation into a better one. Food was great and had big portions.
First time having olive garden in years. The atmosphere inside was very nice and our waiter was very attentive. They now have these little touch screen devices that let you look at the menu and even pay for your meal which is a nice option. Of course you can still view the paper menu and pay via your waiter. We ordered the baked pasta which was really tasty and if was good enough for two people. For the appetizer we got the unlimited dipping sauce for about $4 since it's a good budget appetizer that compliment the free bread sticks. It was really busy and there was about a 10-15 minute wait for a table.
Our dinner at this location was the best dining experience we have had in a while thanks to Samantha W. She was awesome, very attentive and helpful and went well beyond our expectations. She made sure we understood our dinner options when we ordered the unlimited pasta meals. She also made sure our drinks were always filled and that she put in our next order so that by the time we were done with our plate, our new plate was ready to go. Samantha is the best, her friendly and fun personality made our evening very enjoyable. I say give her a raise it is definitely well deserved. Thank You Samantha W. we will be looking for you next time we dine at Olive Garden.
Our waiter Chris went above and beyond to create and friendly and energetic experience! He recommended the steak and fettuccine alfredo , which sounds like an odd pairing but worked pretty well! I will say the portion size caught me off guard small/medium servings. Complements to our waiter for amazing services!!!
I ordered take out and when I brought it home, I realized it was the wrong order. I called and they fixed the issues and when I was headed back to get the correct order, they gave me a free dessert and a gift card for my troubles. It was a good experience from getting the order fixed and getting the correct order. They went above and beyond by even giving me a free dessert and much more with the gift card. Everyone apologized repeatedly and gave great customer service. I appreciate all the effort and was just happy to get the correct order. Very great experience, the staff are very friendly. The manager was very nice with all the extra's and I appreciate it deeply.
I'm giving a 5 star rating based on one of the best customer services me and my fiance have had in a very long time. Joe our waiter was kind, friendly and just a hard worker all around, drinks and food were brought out in a timely manner and made sure we were good on everything. Food was really good as well.Food: 5/5
Consistency, service and time it's what separates Olive garden from the rest. Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious gathering with the family and enjoying a tasty meal indoors was amazing.
It was a very bad experience! They served our salad, appetizers, and soups. We had to ask for silverware 10 min later. Turns out they didn't have clean silverware so they didn't bother to tell us. So we ate with plastic spoons and forks! They get 2 stars for the good food and drinks. Our server was pretty nice.
