We really like Rubio's food. Usually the service is good and the place is clean...there were some issues with a couple of these things, hence the 3 stars. The food did not disappoint, even though the portions are victims of inflation...bigger prices, smaller portions. That's understandable. The service was fine. Acceptable. Now the main issues: the place was kinda dirty! Not too busy with customers. You know, one can sweep and chat at the same time? I won't stop going to Rubio's. It's unlikely I go back to this location.
The store manger Omar is the best! He has a great customer service. He is super responsible and friendly. Yesterday Door Dash did a mistake and i went personally to Rubios. Omar solved and handle the problem very well
I'll still take Rubio's over Chipotle for a healthier Mexican meal anyway! Yes , the portions are alittle small for the pay , but what isn't these days- Good experience after my holiday shopping:
Great. The food is good and quality is consistent. The only downside is for takeaway and delivery orders they don't provide salsa. Even if you ask for it or write it in the notes. Could be a sanitary thing, they haven't added it to bottles yet. Suggestion is to order something else as a side other than chips. Packaging is great.
Still like the food but this location is tired and in need of some remodel love for sure!
Rubio's are consistently good, no matter where you are. It is one of the very few "fast food" chains that I'll consider.Food: 5/5
Not ran well at all. $16 will get you bottom of the barrel chips... I didn’t even get a whole chip... seriously? Look I get it’s 630pm, but wow. Saturday... dinner time... and not even a whole chip? Last time I go to this establishment. The food is cooked to order which I guess they expect customers to just shut up and eat just not the chips. Save your money. These employees do bare minimum and get you out the door.
Been eating at Rubio's for over thirty years. Lately I've been disappointed especially that they are charging fifty cents for extra chipotle white sauce for my mahi tacos. It's the principle because if they weren't stingy with the sauce in the first place I wouldn't have to ask for extra. My reviews are typically one star or five stars, to leave a review I either really like it or I don't. I'm somewhere in the middle now with Rubio's. Take em or leave em
Love the grilled shrimp keto taco! The keto cheese tortilla is so good - glad they added it. Double check your order though if you’re customizing your food - a couple items were wrong.
This is where we go for Taco Tuesday and they never disappoint. Clean restaurant, fast service and friendly staff. Frequently stop on the way home on Tuesdays to grab a quick dinner before heading home. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly fun restaurant. They have kids menus and drinks. Parking: It's in the mall so parking can be difficult if you want to park close. But there is generally plenty of spaces you just may need to walk a bit farther. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking but again it is at a mall so it's not for just the restaurant. There are accessible sidewalks and the are large enough for the chairs, but the doors are not electrical so they'll need to be manually opened.
