It was a great experience. My first time being there & definitely won't be the last. The food was outstanding & so was the service. We had the pleasure of having Mr. Armstrong as our waiter. He did an outstanding job. 5 stars all the way!!!!!Food: 5/5
Arrived and was seated in the bar area promptly. Our server immediately took our drink order and asked about any questions on the menu. Drinks were served and orders were placed. The server brought out bread sticks and salad. The appetizer cheese sticks were plentiful and fresh. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was a real treat and very flavorfully delicious. Over all we were very pleased with the server and the meal.
Never have I ever had bad service at this Olive Garden location. We only had a 15 min wait and was waited on immediately. Our server was extremely kind and nice, and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves and that our drinks were topped off. At the end of our experience we got the wrong desert but she fixed the issue! I’m not a 100% fan of the food. It just never seems to have a bold taste, nonetheless, you get full and enjoy your time! Will be back like always!
This was a great location. The server, Alyssa W., was attentive and the service was fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The food was great salad, bread, and Fettuccini Alfredo and service was professional. I will come again!
Party of 3: We waited approximately 10 minutes for the waitress to come back with our drinks after taking our food order with our drink order. We received salad at the same time as our food, not before. Our waitress ask if I would like cheese for pasta and stated she would be right back with cheeses and breadsticks. We waited 17 minutes for waitress to come back before requesting to speak to the manager. The manager was nice, but at this point the experience was already ruined. My sister had ordered the endless soup, salad and breadsticks and still no breadsticks. Disappointed in the service, I ask for a to-go box for my cold pasta. We explained that our waitress had not been providing great service at all. No breadsticks, no cheese and no drink refills. When our waitress brought my to-go box she ask if there was anything else. I reminded her again that we still have not gotten any breadsticks. We finally received breadsticks in a to-go bag as we were leaving. I could understand if it were a busy night, but our waitress only had two tables and was not taking care of either table. Side Note: we left Olive Garden and went to El Jimador Supremo and had an amazing waiter/experience.
Looking for Italian and went with Olive Garden due to its nationally recognized name and quality. We were not disappointed. We arrived shortly after 5PM and were seated quickly. Service was quick with drinks, salad, and bread sticks on our table promptly. The food was delicious if a little less spicy then I would have preferred. Topped off the dinner with a classic Tiramisu.
We just left from eating lunch and I can't complain about our food it was delicious as usual but the minute we were seated it all went down from there!!! Our waitress Zoey S was very rude and made us feel unwelcome, my husband wasn't very happy and of course I calmed him down and kept a cool head but then she came back and put our drinks down and then I got angry!!! She acted like she didn't want to be there and we were bothering her for asking for bread and salad God for bid we asked for cheese!!! She finally brought our food to us and we have our 2 year old grand daughter with us and I politely said her plate is hot I will take it and she replies not its not and of course I took it and yes I was right it would have burned my babies hand!!! We have eaten here a few times and had wonderful food and service and my husband is a very generous tipper but not today and our bill was over $150.00 so she missed out!!!
Came to eat here a month ago and the expericence was wonderful. Today was different, the only person who greeted and treated us courteously was the host who received us at the door. We were there for 20 minutes waiting patiently for a server. No one ever came or even cared to ask if we were being attended. By the way there was multiple servers with plenty of time to chit chat, give each other hugs, etc... very disappointed. The food is great just the service tonight was that awful that we had to walk out to actually be attended elsewhere.
The food was poor at best. The Alfredo sauce had separated and was bland. It should not have been served. The lasagne was soft and mushy. Food used to be better. No reason to go here for Italian food. Much better places to go for what the food costs. Service was OK.
Took my wife out to celebrate. We sat at the bar as there was a 30 min for a table. Our bartender was great, food was perfect. People were seated with some distance for covid safety. We would definitely return here for another night out!
