I don't know what happened but I never thought the Humphrey could be better. It is!!! I don't want to say how long but it's been a while. The wait was truly worth the wait. Plus the staff @ the Youree Dr. location is really nice. Sadly they ended their rewards program, but I will be back for more. If you haven't experienced Counter Culture - specifically the Humphrey Yogurt. Go get one now.

The food is delicious!! It's almost worth the really rude employees. When my husband and I walked in, we were the only ones in the restaurant. There ended up being a discussion amongst the employees as to who would take our order. The one who ended up taking our order was very rude. The lady who brought our sandwiches out was very sweet, so she was the exception. Not impressed. Probably won't come back to this location. Will try the Line Ave location next time we want some good food.

I come here all the time . But the woman working the window had a bad attitude.  I never had bad service here before but this time was terrible.  They have there little friends that don't work there come in and out the back. I don't know what's going on but please fix it. It's 6:40pm an I drove way cross town for this yogurt. The worker,  She had braces in her mouth. So watch out for that window worker

Great food! Kinda high prices for a couple of warm ham sammiches tho. Still, hard to fault them for charging those prices when the majority of people that go there have no issue with it. Also, have you had a Humphrey?  If you haven't, get one. Thank me later.

Went here today and the experience was not good, I had maybe 1 slice of Ham on my ham and cheese, the person next to me ordered a chicken ceaser salad and she told the worker that and the worker didn’t even try to acknowledge the customer to try to fix it, he just went on with his day, the chicken salad sandwich was more of an egg salad sandwich, not the best

This place is a local favorite manly staff and occupied by the students of local high schools. Restaurant is always clean and never has an 'off' odor that you can sometimes find in dairy/sandwich shoppes. Not a lot of money has gone into the actual building but this is made up for in the quality of the food and frozen yogurts. It is always a favorite of my wife and I when we want a quick and healthy lunch.

If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat without losing quality, try Counter Culture! They have hot and cold cut sandwiches. The Steak is my favorite.  You have to try the banana crack! Lily topped mine with strawberries, berries, grapes, whipped cream, and honey! A great combination of sweet and semi healthy. It was definitely “have your cake and eat it too!”

Service was fast, friendly, & very professional. The frozen yogurt was absolutely amazing & I will be going back again very soon!

We will not go back, it has changed ownership, eatery was not clean. So not being clean spells bad for that location. We don't eat in nasty and unclean businesses.We hate it for them!!

Not sure what's been going on with the cooks recently but I always came to this shop to get the turkey melt. Everytime i got one it was delicious and made correctly up until recenly. The last 3 visits my sandwhiches were cold, no avacado, wrong mayo and the meat was covered and i mean COVERED in salt and pepper. Because of how terrible my sandwhich was i called a manager and she wrote my name down to get my sandwhich remade free. Went to redeem my sandwhich the girl at the drive thru completely screwed up my order and charged me for the free sandwhich i was supposed to get. My yogurt was halfway melted by the time i got it, no lid like i asked and they STILL made my sandwhich incorretly... i wont be visiting this location again EVER!!
