Food here is pretty good. Came in for breakfast. Weird thing here, Workers here only speak unless spoken to. This is my first time in a Panera restaurant. Maybe that’s how they are not sure will have to try again at another one.I’m just used to a greeting or what would you like and when receive food to hear”enjoy .”
It was okay. Friendly staff. Great drink options. Tasty salads. Asian, Greek Small portions for the "Pick 2". Bland tepid soup. F. Onion, C. Chowder
I usually have a great experience at this location although they have messed up my order once or twice. But overall I would definitely recommend them for good food and a quiet atmosphere.Food: 5/5
First time going here and wow. Very varied selection. Kinda pricey but the food is made with care and it came out fresh. The atmosphere is like an upgraded Starbucks and is very nice family oriented environment. The food was amazing. The Flatbread pizza wasn't drenched in grease and the chocolate chip muffie didn't survive for the photo op. When visiting the Shreveport Bossier area, we will stop by for a great bite to eat! Our second time was even Better. The fuji apple salad and broccoli macncheese combo is very delicious.
Absolute worst customer service !! I love Panera. The food is great. However. I have had my order be wrong on more than one occasion. So I have started checking to make sure it is correct. Today there was a bite size avocado on my sandwich. If you have eaten at Panera you know that it is not cheap. There was no bread with my soup which it comes with when I said something I got a major attitude from the 2 girls who started yelling at me saying there was avocado. They then proceeded to hand me a rotted avocado. When I asked to speak with the manager. she would not let me speak. Just tried to hand me more avocado. I’m extremely disappointed. All I ask for is that my order is correct and that they fix the order without attitude when it is not correct. Extremely dissatisfied
I have tried and tried to be patient and understanding with this restaurant. The manager is kind and willing to help when I have an issue, but there are too many issues to ignore. They consistently get my order wrong, or forget part of it, so many times that I actually complained to the manager something I almost never do, because I worked in a similar restaurant and I know how tough it is, so I didn't want to make their lives harder. But the final straw was today, when they served me RAW CHICKEN on my sandwich. The manager says it comes pre-prepared for them, which I understand, but the fact that nobody checked it, and they served it to customers, is appalling. It was completely pink, and she tried to tell me it's supposed to look like that because it's smoked. I know full well what smoked meat looks like, and this was RAW. This isn't a petty mistake anymore; this is a risk to people's health. Absolutely unacceptable. As long as I'm in Shreveport I will never come back here to eat.
This was my first visit, restaurant was clean & not busy at 4pm. Service was nice and the cashier was very helpful. The reason I didnt give it 5 stars is for my sandwich. It tasted good but didn't meet my expectations for a $10 steak sandwich. My wife enjoyed her turkey & avocado sandwich, and said hers was made different than mine didn't get a pic of hers. She also enjoyed her bowl of Broccoli cheddar soup. The portions are small for the price imo. Smoothie sizes are one size & that looks like a McDonald's small cup by comparison.

I use to work at a Panera for 3 years in Highschool back in my hometown and our managers held us up to such high expectations. Everytime I have gone to this Panera the workers are never friendly and inviting…. I use to absolutely love my job so it could just be the location. Something in my order always gets messed up. Today I ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup in the drive thru, I just got home and realized I didn’t even get my french baguette side or even utensils. Which I know isn’t a big deal but with the prices of things these days and how good the bread is I’m sad it isnt in the bag. In a drive thru the person handing it out of the window should always be sure to double check if everything is in the bag. We use to get such angry customers if a side or even just a baggie of croutons was missing. Maybe these employees need a fun bread bash or something to liven their spirits!
The absolute WORST dining experience I have ever had. They have MICE, and FLIES in their dining area, trash in the dining area, bathrooms in shambles, and a foul odor in the restaurant. I have contacted the BBB and the board of health because of this! The food was cold and inedible, mold in my soup, stale bread, and spoiled smelling sandwich the portions were tiny and they got my order WRONG! I spoke to the manager 'Crystal' and she had the audacity to argue with me about my order when I spent $30+. What a joke! DO NOT EAT HERE! I REPEAT, DO. NOT. EAT. HERE!
