I appreciate this location most times I have been here, however the last couple times this year have been distinctly different. Important to note for future guests that they don't take reservations on holidays, but allowed my party to make one anyway. 
The hostesses had very little customer service skill in comparison with the other front of house employees during the past visits, and in comparison to what I normally experience from this location. 
I can appreciate that holidays and dinner are a busy time for food service but Olive Garden is held to a higher standard so unfortunately these experiences have lowered my opinion of this location.

I was scared to go here with the terrible reviews. We took my husband's family out while visiting. We had soup and salad and it was as good as any other Olive Garden. Our server was very friendly. My husband's family had full meals and enjoyed them. Maybe we were lucky, but I was very happy that we didn't have the same issues as other diners.

The Olive Garden is the same everywhere you go. Overpriced mediocre Italian food. The last time we went it seemed​ even more overpriced than I remember. I really wish their salad and breasticks weren't so addictive.

The wait staff we had when we went to this location was very courteous though. We had a large group and they were extremely accommodating.

This establishment has great food, lots of food, and good prices. This place is great. The only thing I can say about it is that the wait is long, but that is just because the food is that good and it is often very busy. Despite that, this is still a great place to dine at.

The wait staff was friendly, the food came out fast and tasted fantastic. We love this place and plan to come back.
