Love this store MOST of the time, they don't give you as much back for the stuff you sell to them, and turn around and upsell them for much more then you get. Also make sure you get everything you paid for, I got my daughter the cutest two piece outfit and got home to find no leggings, just the shirt. And if you do have a problem like I did, their customer service is to be desired!! Nobody even asked me what the leggings looked like after being told they would look around for them.

Prices actually seem a little high and the staff is not friendly. The last two times I was there I felt like an inconvenience to the ladies behind the counter. No one wants to help or even make eye contact with you. Better off both customer service and price wise to shop clearance at Kohls and Target.

I was not to thrilled with the customer service when I arrived however, I was offered some money for the clothes I brought it. Also, I thought that they offered a store credit price and a sale price for the items. I was only given 1 price for the sale of 70 items. I don't know why we are asked to wash, fold and organize the clothing before being brought in when they end up in a messy ball in the totes when returned to us? I spent hours washing and prepping for the drop off only to have to refold and organize all the clothes when I got him again. I will be back but I wont be as meticulous when prepping the bins for sale.

In the past I've shopped other Once Upon A Child stores and loved it. This location is horrible. I brought in a box of gently used like new items freshly washed and folded in a box. I stood there for a few minutes before anyone looked up or asked if I needed help. And there were at least 5 people standing behind the counter doing nothing. And the store at that time had about 5 shoppers. My little one and I walked around while they looked through the things I brought to sell. The shoes they had were dirty and worn out. The aisles were barely big enough to fit the cart through. The toys were missing pieces and over priced. Could have bought brand new for less. The clothes we're also worn and not in good shape. When we checked out they only offered to purchase 7 of the items out of about 50 in season, like new, freshly laundered children's clothes and toys I had brought in for $4.50. I would feel much better giving this stuff to goodwill or the Salvation Army which is what I did. We will not be back. No thank you! It was a waste of our time!
