Shopping here has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. The staff is slow and lackluster. They act like they can't see you even when they are staring right at you. The lines are unnecessarily long and there are two clerks. I sell bridal gowns for a living and we check people out faster than they do here!!! If I can check a customer out for her once in a lifetime event in a few minutes I don't understand why the staff here can't scan a few barcodes and bag a few toys in the same amount of time. The lack of urgency and customer awareness are beyond abysmal. Save yourself the trouble and order online! You'll probably get better customer service from your computer! Get it together toys r us! I won't be back.

The way they display is very misleading! You are with a child and say sure you can get the second toy....it looks to be on sale but guess what.....it's NOT! Also the display for Nerf guns on the next aisle was the sane way. Big sign in front of Nerf items not on sale. You don't find out until at the register and you can't hardly tell a small child no. They should be ashamed of such optical trickery. Well I guess you enter on my Don't Shop Here List!

We love shopping at this location! The team is great, the store is clean,  and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Staff are nice and friendly, clothes are a bit in the priceyer range compared to places like Wal-Mart but they seem to almost always have some sort of sale on a brand.

Toys "R" Us may be over priced for some of there products, but when you get the customer service I got today, it's all worth it. They went above and beyond to fix a problem that I would have had to jump through hoops to get take care of. Toys R Us, keep employing the right people! If it's not the initial transaction, its solving the problems with no troubles! Thanks Octavia and Deanna!
